As an organization named in honor of Justice Richard T. Fields, a trailblazer and advocate for justice, we are committed to upholding their legacy by fostering a vibrant, inclusive community of legal professionals. Whether you are a seasoned practitioner or new to the profession, Richard T. Fields Bar Association is your home—a place to connect, learn, and grow.

This year, our goals are clear:
1. Grow Membership: We aim to double our paid membership. By expanding our ranks, we can amplify our voice, strengthen our resources, and create more opportunities for professional development and collaboration.
2. Strengthen Our Presence in the Community: From volunteering to mentoring, we will work to leave a lasting positive impact on the Inland Empire. Together, we will continue to address critical issues affecting our community and ensure that our efforts embody the values of equity and justice.
3. Build a Strong Network and Referral Base: By connecting members across practice areas and industries, we can foster meaningful relationships that enhance both personal and professional success.

This year, we have a robust calendar of events, including our signature holiday party, Judicial Mixer, and community service initiatives. These opportunities not only reflect our mission but also provide platforms for us to engage, collaborate, and give back.
I encourage you to get involved—join a committee, attend events, and share your ideas with the executive board. Together, we can make this year transformative, strengthening both our association and the bonds that unite us as members.
